Everything exceeded my expectations, especially the beautiful decor and attentive staff. The breakfast on the terrace with a view of the lagoon made every morning special. Having stayed in bacalar before, this place stood out in terms of service and comfort.

Great overall experience. Appealing small hotel, magnificent views of lake. Good and excellent location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Balneario. The rooms with a perfect decor. Super-friendly staff and management. Satisfactory breakfast with a great selection of choices.

Comfortable room amenities made for a pleasant stay.

The loud music from the nearby bar was unbearable. We struggled to sleep with the noise echoing through the night. Earplugs provided by the hotel helped but were no substitute for peace.
